It's not a matter of a point being made or an end of discusion..this is "obamas 2nd term discusion thread"..worm mentioned he feels that obama is tacking the right or center on issues,I disagreed,hokie posted a link..all relevant to thread topic..theirs no right/wrong..it's a posters ideology and beliefs..no right,wrong,point made,ending with that.

I believe that no matter who is in office there will be a ton of issues. No government can please everyone but we can work on things from a local stand point to make life easier for yourself.

i'm glad they caught they guys who did the bombing.... but read this little part:
"An indication of the complex investigation ahead came Friday night, when an Obama administration official told NBC News that Tsarnaev would not be given a Miranda warning when he is physically able to be interrogated after receiving medical treatment.
Instead, the official said, the government will invoke a legal rule known as the "public safety exception," which will enable investigators to question Tsarnaev without first advising him of his right to remain silent and to be afforded legal counsel."
"Who gets to make this determination? The FBI, in consultation with DoJ, if possible. In other words, the police and the prosecutors, with no one to check their power."
I'm not trying to defend the guy, but he is a US Citizen, and what is the exact definition of "public safety exception".
