so, we saw these two perps drop the bombs, and detonate them? not that i've seen so far, i've seen a video of them walking past a store with backpacks, and a photo of one of them near the scene, but no evidence yet of them caught in the act of setting up a bomb and detonating it. the media and officials have told us this is what happened.

again, not defending what they did and yeah it really seems like it has to be them, but just questioning thought process on us giving the go-ahead to give up someones right guaranteed in the constitution

their actions following the event, sealed the guilty verdict for me. I dont think there is any question of if they did it or not?

They have an eye witness that saw the guy place the second bomb right next to him. The guy said he looked into his eyes when he set the backpack down. There were 2 small girls there also. The public does not need to have all the information right away when terrorists are being hunted down. The game has changed so I'm cool with the delay in having any rights as a suspect. Not the wild west anymore.

The non miranda'izing of the suspect is a bit scary. Yes, it's plain to see that he's guilty, but what happens when some innocent American is branded an "enemy combatant" because he's a prepper, or has lots of guns and questioned that way? It's a slippery slope, and we the people are losing rights at an alarming rate.

“Look, we live in a very dangerous world. We know there are people who want to take away our freedoms. New Yorkers probably know that as much if not more than anybody else after the terrible tragedy of 9/11,” he said.

The people trying to take away our freedoms reside in Washington DC.
