It's useless if you ask me, just put that person on your enemy list and manually check if he's online yourself. I'd hate to have my events spammed telling me some douche I took a contract on is online. Let's say he's already in the infirm for 20 mins. He could log on and off 4 or 5 times within this time span. It's useless and would be extremely annoying.
