Ya it doesnt have to be a lot, makes sense you would get stronger and faster after a fight. Wouldnt have to be a lot maybe like half of what you would get from training. For example if 1 person fought their way to say level 18 and another trained all the way to 18 the fighter would have about half the stats of the trainer

Yeah that sounds pretty good actually. Perhaps the harder the fight (ie. the more even) the more stats gain you get. That way people wouldnt just wail on all the weak inactive players in their prison for stats

Nah, would have to be one of the three fight stats. Could be a random one

Fights could add strength and defense mugs could add speed that would be the simple way to do it
