Allow people in isolation to gain their HP back while their in so they dont hide out in there and stay on respirator.

I think mu set it where nothing goes up unless you put it up but this seem's a good idea. id like my health to go up otherwise i have to use healthshakes to mug people.

Ok excuse the ignorance but what has hp got to do with muggings and hiding in iso? I couldn't follow the first part of this conversation at all! Must be late... lol

HP doesn't move in iso like nrg and stam and nerve, and people cant attack you while on 0% hp but they can mug you but you cant mug them with 0% hp if that makes sence? lol
