PC vs MAC: Epic Battle!
Some of them crack me up
HEY I GOT PICS OF YOU LOOK WHAT IVE FOUND CLICK HERE
ive always ran windows and never had a virus, ever.
its all down to user stupidity but i still do run anti virus software just in case.
lol on msn?
you know its dodgy cos its in a zip file lol.
the funniest one ive seen is:
"hey sam From manchester check out my summer pics!"
lol since when is my brother gonna say my name and where im from to send me photo's in a zip file? lol what was also funny is that my bro was sat next to me at the time lmao.
@ the warden. I know that pc has most of the market share and the reason for that is...... People do not want to spend the extra money. I like mac, I find that it is better. There anti-virus is less anoying and each time I have used it (I had it for a while). No viruses came in and it was always at top performance. I am telling you like it is fact because it is. I had an anti-virus and somehow my antivirus on my old pc didn't catch a virus. I wonder if that is a good anti-virus..
Gabzo: I'm going to just continue with my assumption that you're generally ignorant. People don't stick to PC cuz Mac is more expensive. Mac doesn't come loaded with anti-virus, so how could it be less annoying? What you're referring to is the annoying "accept/deny" shit added in vista (which isn't anti-virus really either). Vista was easily the worst Windows OS in a while, but even that was easily disabled.
But... in the end... Mac is made for people like you, so your opinion (not fact) holds its ground.
I'd like to see Mac OS gain a huge marketshare, then all the dumb dumbs using it (who don't know how to keep virus definitions up to date and not click stupid shit) go into a frenzy when viruses start hitting and they have no idea what to do.
ID10T Error
Personally, I'd prefer a Mac for working with photoshop as it runs smoother and there's no BS with ending a program if it ever does happen to lock up like you get on a PC.
Online with a Mac is safer as well due to the lacking amount of dedicated virus's for them. They can still get virus's, just if you do get one, it's probably something you really shouldn't have clicked and knew it anyway.
They can still fuck up, and if they do, you gotta ship that paperweight back to apple to turn it back into a working mac...whereas with a PC unless you did a really bad overclock, worst case scenario is a new hard drive and a fresh install of windows (haven't seen 7 yet, still using XP rather than vista, but I've got ME on an older computer for gaming (I don't play new PC games, I got consoles for that, but Boiling Point & Postal 2 are PC only
) which even a trained monkey could do all day long.
However if you do work with a computer, your best bet is working on a computer that sees nothing to do with the internet, and using another for online timewasting/work/downloading....
If you specifically NEED a mac, get a mac. If not, get a PC.

and I have the windows 7, I never had the vista.............
and yes I do have my opinion in there. But it is a fact that for the regular people it is better. I am not sure about the buisness world....
sorry but I had to underline what she put in red. This is part of my opinion and I am happy someone agrees. I have an antivirus and keep it up to date and I still end up with a few viruses undetected...

@Mufasa : i hope u r familiar with unix systems too.u feel it secured .? Most of the most-wanted apps are available in its format, rather than the ones "Executable",which cause damage here in windows,if our security is weak an those "Click here" shits.

@Gabzo, that bit you quoted in red was a reference to a Mac, not a PC.
A PC attracts unwanted virus's like flies to shit if you click on the wrong thing or go to the wrong site....or too much dodgy pron....
