You know what else would fuck shit up for these hoarders... if Mu did a PB vending machine for real money. If he set it up where you could buy all the amens you needed for paypal direct but it goes to him instead of the traders, and theres decent prices, it would kill that whole business, it would take amens back to "Oh.. grab this ps3 for me and ill give u 20 million in items" but u wont be trying to sell the shit back to someone else for HIGHER, because you would only go lower than what Mu has set.... thus eliminating price gouging.

But Mu already said he doesnt want money to increases someones odds of doing good in this game.

true... but it already is... and at least with mu setting prices there would be a price cap on all the high end items, this way, nobody can drive the price up on an item just to profit for the paypal tip..... everyones trading prices would have to be lower than mu's... which still encourages trading game items for them, and the users trading amongst themselves.

I was thinking about that too, although by paying in favors, say like 400 favors for a console or something. Although that would eliminate rare items from the game which I think may take some of the fun out of collecting them. I wouldn't mind them re-realeasing some coals though as those are important to have and I get asked for those almost every day. Also maybe re-evaluating some of the favor costs on some of the basic ammenities in the wardens office, items that people aren't buying anymore, to be able to get more of those on the market for cheaper. Just my 2 cents

I see your point hennypenny and you are hurting nobodys feelings. I do think a lot of people are jumping on your bandwagon because of the reasons I said though. They dont like someone gettting ahead because they have the money to spend on the game. Personally, I have never used paypall to sell or buy anything to someone. I too think the marketplace is being overrun but if that is what the demand is then....

true. i think rare items that give energy and/or stamina should be available to everyone. ie. toilets, coals, playboys, groundhogs, and sofas. such items allow people to train harder and become stronger without having items like the ps3 or xbox elite to make up for a persons lack of training. the one that trains the hardest will always be the strongest; having rare energy/stamina items wont change that fact but will only help them get there.

^ Not for nuthin ... but aint that part of the fun and thrill of the game ? And thats commin from a guy who has absolutley NONE of the rare fancy shit ! I hate it , yeah bc I blow 1000 ed's an im only gainin like 200+ per train ... but if everybody was in full beast mode all the time it would be chaos
