to put it out there, about half the mails i get are asking for money, items, or amens, i don't reply to them. the others, i point towards the tutorial and wiki. 9 times out of 10, i never hear from them again. it's that 1 out of 20 that do come back with intelligent questions that will stick around here a long time and keep this game going.
