Hello,

I wanted to check out the 'level 2 prison', i'm only level 4 but I thought for only a few K i could nip there and back and wanted to explore.

So as long as i'm below Level 6 I can travel from the 'second prison' back to New Jersey?

 I don't think your allowed to go to the second prison until you are level 5.

As long as you meet the level requirements for both prisons, you are free to move between them
