I have just repeatedly been mugged by a level 10 player.  As I understand it players are automatically moved up when they reach level 9.  As a result of this I had built up an amount of cash believing that higher level players would be unable to touch it.  Could you please explain how a level 10 player is in Putnam and able to take $147222...(I can't see how someone could gain 2 levels within 4hrs)

He either crimed, making it easy as hell to level up that fast, or he power trained o.o

Yeah, there's no bug here. Plus, regardless of his level, if you got pwnt in a mug, you got pwnt in a mug. A level 9, 8 or 7 can still mug you if you build up cash reserves

I understand that I can be mugged by anyone - I've just not seen anyone level that quickly before - very impressive!!!

Actually, there were several in the last weeks. You probably didn't noticed it because they didn't mugged you or anything. But because I had to work twice as hard...I have a small cell and crappy amenities, i made many many many visits to the Infirmary today, paying over 3 millions for those bribes to get out of that damned Infirmary.

I will have to be the one complaining here....those damn nurses have taken even my shirt out of me...and I still have good hours of training ahead of me.

Too bad we can't buy a bomb amenity to place it in that infernal place called Infirmary and raze it to the ground, at least for several hours...

I leveled up to 9 from level 8 at 47 exp. Then to Level 9 with 23 Exp
