for ALL AZ members OLDTIME will be stat checking starting tomorrow, have ya fight cells in and ready he will message you b4 he attacks if you are online......this will happen every Sunday (once a week) to see how you have progressed though-out the week....weak links will no longer be tolerated...this is not a daycare and we are baby sitters.......SHIT JUST GOT REAL.......

those who have done what they supposed to do will be able to rock the new sig...those who have not progressed will have to wait until the next week to see if they have the HONOR to rock it..[b](WHAT WE DO IS WORK)..after all that is what we as as a FAM are posed to be doin WORKING IN THE GYM......
