This has happen to me so many times, have never got a explanation on why this is possible.. I raid the correct combo and at about the same instance I'm attacked, the raid is ignored and I'm left in ICU with this

Yea the combo does work after 30 mins pass, but it doesn't place me in isolation, it sends me to ICU but when I return to the person I raided, it shows as seen above

I think I've spotted the cause. You're being attacked and it's not something like the zombie dog putting you in the infirmary is it? Either way, though odd, it IS working as designed. If you're infirmed before completing a raid, the raid is off.
