If i deposit another 20,000 into my bank account.. and when the 2 days are up for respected prisoner.. will i lose that money ? if i don't get it out of the account in time?

It will most likely just go into your hand/inventory

It should stay in the bank, but you won't be able to deposit anymore into it over the limit. However it will still earn interest.

Best bet is just use your cash to train. The bank's just a safer place for your cash than on hand.
