on the other end, some higher levels can't be trusted either. it is a good idea to do a little research and figure out who you're dealing with before you send anything

you should never send real cash first for game items/amenities. ask them to send first and then send cash.

If u look around u can't send stuff to a guy unknown to everyone, like thread starter, best is to do some little research before dealing

When and if it comes down to it, paypal will side with the seller everytime, you cannot win a dispute over "my intelectual goods" that didnt arrive, read the small print.
