Why does it cost energy in Arizona only? Is it to make it more challenging or is there a specific reason?

Good question. I believe it is there to make things difficult. This is because it prevents people from gaining a lot of money that way like in Putnum. Also, it slows down the leveling process since you either train or get money. This may be intentional so that people dont achieve too high a level.

Its not the prison. It is the stagnation. You realize there isnt much more to develop your character, at least subconciously. And since developing your character is the prime entertainment of playing the game, stagnation equals boring. As soon as the new prisons come out, the game should be fun again. More endgame entertainment is necessary.

More games would help as well. Problem is, we don't want to go too forward until we redo some things. Tommy and I have been working to first off redo the games framework to #1 help make them less prone to hacks and decompiles and #2 make them more flexible so that a game might pay in stats (such as a training game) or where you can only play a game if you have the pre-requisite job or item.

You can see how things like that would have co-dependencies which means many things need to be updated at once
