I've seen them go for 350k a couple times. I'll work with ya if u dont quite have the 300k, etc.
You figure it's 40 favors to buy 1 bookcase...so thats makes it the most expensive amenity you can get on the game

I started out with 3 bookcases altogether at the beginning of the week.
