i don´t get it!!! for example a stereo is as good as a groundhog and i know that the groundhog is very rare but still it doesn´t have to be worth over 1 mil when u could get a stereo for 200k

supply & demand my boy.. alot of people jus want it because its rare not really because of what it does, think about sports trading cards..

I wouldn't personally buy any amenity jus cus its rare but I have no problem with gettin one & flippin it for profit... Money is always da motive!!

Actually, the stereo is nothing compared to a groundhog. Groundhog is +10% health and +5 energy. Besides the air filter, the groundhog is the only amenity that gives a percent of hp instead of a lump sum...

Supply and demand does apply, but there isnt any demand at that price. Its like the Christmas Trees. Sure, you cant get them anymore, but its kind of a worthless amenity. Its nice to have, but Id rather fill the spot with other things.

And you can have 2 stereos and 2 groundhogs.You can't replace the groundhogs with 2 stereo and use 4 steroes.That is why groundhogs cost also.
