Hey Mufasa,sorry to bother you.I tried to find a forum on this issue ,but couldn't.Anyway,I looked at my cell and I have +21 nrg,because I have 2 fans and an air purifier.I looked on wiki,and the base nrg for a lvl.9 is 18.I only have 38 nrg.Why don't I have 39?
