I did my best searching for this, even combed through the pages of bugs, but couldn't find this anywhere.

Sometimes when the recovery time tick passes while I'm in Iso or infermary I recover NRG and NRV. Most of the time I recover nothing while I'm in Iso or infermary.

Which way is it supposed to be?  Or does it depend on HOW you got there, not just that you are there. 

More specific examples:

Most of the time when I get put into the infirmary I have 0 NRG and 0 NRV. I get put into there for 20 to 30 minutes. Most of the time I recover no NRG or NRV during that time. Sometimes I do recover NRG and NRV. No items used. No payments to get out early. Just waiting out my time.

every tick (every 5 minutes) should give you some +% in NRG/NRV/STM - whether youre in ICU or outside doesnt matter, but if youre in ISO nothing will be recharged no matter how long you wait

Thanks for that. I will do some more research on this, but I'm fairly sure that some of the time when I'm in ICU i do not recover. Will post again if I see that happen again.
