I had thought this was intentional for a long time, but like with the billion dollar digs, no confiscation cell presets, and $1 buyouts I now believe this is a bug.

Since no one I've talked to seemed to understand what I was saying at first, I'm sure most of the players don't know the effects of the Splice DVD.

When you add Chariots of Fire to your cell, you get 10% of your base speed stat added to your total. When you add Karate Kid you get 5% base speed stat and 5% of your base strength stat added to your total.

When you add Splice to your cell you get 10% of one of your three totals added to your total.

If you don't believe me, like some, check for yourself.

Pac hit me up bout this like a week ago, i tried it out myself, it was 10(ish..)% boost for me... he was getting more than 10% though.
