not sure what youre talking about now, but i agree the splice should be +10% through base stats, and not the total stats after amenities are in.

I think the dvd is fine as it is, gives ppl a chance to do damage they might not usually be able to do. Its doing what its intended to do according to vin. Don't think this dvd is having a huge effect either way.

Plus id rather have vin working on something new or adding something to the game, rather then him spending time taking stats from us.
