Stm bar randomly drops to 91%

not sure if it's going for anyone else, but i'll do no activity but my stm will drop from 100% to 91% (458/503) outta nowhere and never refreshes back to 100%

stats
there was a box that showed specific stat increases i.e +10 Energy/5% Speed. That box has been hidden but the stats still come go along with open prisons. Every 5 minutes if you are at 100% on a stat and there is a stamina/energy/nerve boost you default back to the original numbers, thats why you lose the stm there is a booster for the day
