Works fine for me, When i first started playing it took about 10 days before i could use the surgeon for some reason

the surgeon does not work for me either, it has been so for like a year at least, other wise I would not wear helmet 24/7, it works until "one moment please".. the weirdest thing is that for some it works and for some not, and no one has explained how to make it work for all
