tokens and tickets aren't really quest items. Items like the time machine are, and you can't get it again once you complete that part of the mission so they can't be mugged.

Well, It makes it hard for lower levels to keep their earnings (tickets, tokens). You get knocked out, mugged and searched all the time by 16+ level players while in the circus. Even people I revive (and thank me for it per mail), comes back and knocks me out, mug and search.

But trouble is you can't stay in the circus when you are not on PB (or even for a loo brake! lol) which then requires a lot of golden tickets...

well they are easier to dig up and it serves ppl rigt for not training up and hiding in the lowers like ze french
