For those who have fuck all ammens u need to be careful what u do put in there , i have fuk all ammens and managed carefully to get my stam up over 400 , enuff that 9 times out of 10 i bash the clown and not it bash me ..and that is with having 4 dogs in my cell taking up room.. so if u r careful to make sure u dont loose stam u can get a decent amount in

u get what u work for in this game if u want something work for it u can get 3 chess and 8 turtles and thats alot of stamina right there for the ppl that are lacking in stamina
