We need to fuckin recruit SD inmates, Were not gonna be a good gang without people ALREADY in sd.
We can recruit 30 level 3s, still most of them it will take a month or two to make it to sd.
Right now were running with one leader, theats ben. He hasnt been on much tho so someone or 2 people need to step the fuck up and take charge atleast untill ben can sorrt shit out. then we can go back to messing around, but right now were not progessing like we need to,with that said. The leader needs to make members train like fuck

Death_H...What about poaching some level 20+ s from other gangs? Doesn't relate to the leader thing (I think Stonecoldrobber and Killer would be great for that!) but it could help our muscle in SD by getting some experienced players or players with good stats.
If people like Philthy left for another gang... why not do the reverse and poach some? I have seen a couple of level 20's around with no gang too...
