... and then of course there is The Union Prospects ... for selected people that might be accepted into The union if they show the union members that they are good for the gang...

so cool.:D i had been in gangstar before...but it was when im in manila..after that BAM! got country-changed and i didnt log in like 2 months when this revolution happened...

Everybody who wants to join The Union has to enter The Union via the prospect program... The current members of The Union decide (by voting) if someone can be a prospect or not...

Minimum requirements for even being considered are that the person must be level 15 or higher (at the moment), must have a 8x8 cell with good stuff in it (good training cell, crime cell, fighting cells), must be able to "work" on his own (no begging, train really hard in the gym, etc.).... Also it is important that the person doesn't have any outstanding beefs with other people in the game when joining the prospect program (we don't want to waste our time solving old beefs between people)....

By the end of the prospect period the members of The Union will vote if the prospect can join or not...

Simple as that....

That is also why we don't really have a real gang boss (but don't tell CutiePie then she will kick my ass ... )... we decide things by voting...
