How come when I have 100% Stamina and 16/16 nrg I still get an outcome like this on a regular basis; You trained using 16 energy, gained 13 speed and 234 exp

Also, you might not read it because it's stated far into that thread, but there's also an added reduction based on prison. I see you're in putnam, so that's what you might have been noticing.

yeah ive had stuff like that before heres my weirdest one when i was in arizona: 14/14 energy 100% stamina

you trained ur strengh and used 14 energy points and gained 9 strengh points and 153 xp! that was weird

Yeah, I kinda just accept it...

"You trained using 38 energy, gained 24 strength.."

I've noticed this change as well but I've learnt to accept it. It can also go higher than what your energy is, look at this.

"You trained using 26 energy, gained 28 speed and 744 exp"....this is what I get every now and then. I also noticed that if you restore your energy with food, energy drinks or water you'll get the same amount of energy as you've got...for example if you have 26/26 energy you'll get 26 gained strength....if you don't get that you'll get a higher gain. Just thought I'd share that with you all.

Guys, it's not about your stamina percentage but how much OVERALL stamina you have. See the thread that TWM linked (it's not a new change either, it's always been based on how much stamina u have total not %)
