Is there a limit on how money times you can train a stat within in a time limit?

For example, can I buy 20 choclate bars, and then train, restore energy, train, ect. as much as I want as quickly as I want?

You have to balance your energy with your stamina. Stamina is the main

factor in determinating every action you do; either you are battling, doing crimes

or training.

For example, you have a total of 50/130 stamina left. You decide to train 10

points into Speed, you'll only gain 50% of your 10 points (5). On the other hand,

if you have 130/130 stamina and decide to train 10 points, you'll gain 13

points (130% of 10).

So to answer your question; yes, you can train as much as you want as long

has you have enough stamina to train.
