I signed up for a free trial in order to be respected for 30 days. I received my confirmation in my email that my order was completed and to go check my account under EVENT and i will see i was credited but unfortunately i wasn't instead i found out that my credit was given to someone else even though i provided all the proof needed to show that i did sign up for the free trial and never received my credit. I used the same email that i started prisonblock with so there is no way they can say its not my account and still i did not received my credit so im beginning to wonder if this is all a scam to make us sign up for free trial offers.

yea i think i click on someone else profile that's the only explanation. Damnnnnnn i messed up but isn't there anything they can do to reverse it or im just out of luck
