On monday I purchased 102 favors at a cost of £10 through matomy and I'm yet to receive them. I hit the contact button and as of yet I've not heard from either yourselves or matomy. as a new player I feel rather let down. please please at the very least contact me to let me know the situation. How to deal with unreceived favors for the modern PB player:

STEP ONE: Don't bother trying to contact PB staff they are all dead and buried apparently...

I would go to Matomy for a refund, then use a paypal account with the warden, or even try matomy again with a paypal account its way more convienient. and they are easily avaliable at JOINPAYPAL.

To contact Matomy

go to EARN FAVORS in the warden's office

navigate to Matomy (possibly already Qued first there though)

Under the green "earn using your phone" bannerbutton, and the light blue "Like us on Facebook" bannerbutton there is a small blue ish text link reading "Support" Click It

Click on the un-received order button and you will be directed to a submission form

Use the submission form

Simple enough

Be patient, but if you don't get results with a week, contact your bank to discuss what the can do for you legal wise or revoking the purchase etc.

i tried to find a number, but it was hard, and i decided there were better things to do with my time than hunt for the end of the rainbow. finding a number would be IDEAL, though, i can say that much.

yeah your right of course mate, but for the sake of £10 going through all that is bullshit. hope im jumping the gun and they are looking at it. may be a total pain in the hole for them to sort out but either 1 of 2 things need to happen. 1 he gets his favors and we all live happily ever after or C matomy and other 3rd party sellers need to be removed so that new players who dont know any better dont get fucked over. i hate to say this but hed of been better off buying from dem.

I always buy from Matomy, but its always through PayPal. may sound cliche, but its 300x more convenient to use PP. i just click o the amount and its there and if i don't get my shit, i can just call PayPal up and they will knock off the transaction.
