I know this is a old thread but few months ago i tried to buy favors from matomy spent $20 and recived no favors. I tried again this morning only to buy 30 favors incase joe or adam came and still the site is the same no favors recived again. I have screenshots of both confimation orders and reference numbers which i wont post in here as they have my full name and email address on. Ive emailed matomy with the email address they send you all it says is mail being processed. Just putting out here matomy are still the same.

If you bought from mantomy then yes. Only mail i had back was saying its been resolved but still didnt recive anything not even a message back from vintral
