The cell of Fatoush is unraidable for me due to the fact that his cell combo is lacking in two numbers. I have figured out his combo so there is only two numbers not correct, however I have cycled through all number from 0-10 and no matter what his third and last number never turn green. I have been told other have broken into his cell before but now it seems to not work. he has not changed his cell combo.

you're not having a "problem", you tried 3 times and didn't get it. OK, maybe it's a problem to you, but not to anyone else.
