Sometimes when the validation screen comes up I enter in the code and the screen goes white and says "Could not open socket" in the top left hand corner. Im currently using Firefox at the moment, but its done it on IE also. After refreshing several times and reentering codes it finally comes back to my acount. But its doing it more and more frequently.

Hmm.. I wonder if their host (solve-media) is down, or there's an issue with our host. I'll check into it
