Top100 arena would not grant me the favor no matter how many times i tried it. It said "You have already voted today. Or someone has on your IP gateway", and it was my first time today but it still shows up under the voting link area on the homepage of pb.

I voted, but didn't receive my favors, or the site was down!

Each voting site counts unique votes in their own way. Most require you to wait 24 hours in between votes. Site downtime, using the same IP/computer as someone else, and other issues can complicate things. At the end of the day, if they don't count your vote for WHATEVER reason, you don't get a favor.
