If hes not mailing me for help and I feel hes emailing me to much then yeah he gets blocked. And any level 4 with over 400 forum posts in 2 months doesnt need help. Hes a level 4 because he wants to be right now. And mentor privileges only allows level 1-3 help if he needed something. Hes blocked for a reason and its none of your business why!
