look u cant be a leader you are only level two maybe u can make a gang but let someone else ( a higher level ) be the leader

man, if u want too make a gang u shud listen to wat physcosteve said too u i stared my gang at level 1 and it was hard work, and it just gets harder trust me and by the time i got to az no matter how strong i was in the other 2 jails it didnt mean shit i was weak as up there so i merged with the mpr, my advice would to be wait until ur at least on the most wanted list in nj then start gathering the troops up, and assigning them positions, u shud only realy be looking to get level 2's or higher in ur gang, because u will get alot off drop outs with level 1's witch will cause problems for u
