You shouldn't feel guilty or that you have anything to prove for collecting an amen off the market at $1, it is arrogant of anyone to have an amen listed at that price it's like they saying, 'just list it for $1 i am faster than EVERYONE else here it won't be a problem' if they lose it under those circumstances sorry but they have only themselves to blame. If you don't want to sell then put it on market around 800k or something that will still make a cheap purchase for someone, anyway good luck whatever you decide to do.
