Rules

• 1 entry per person.  To enter, just post here, please don't mail me or Chilla.  It costs you nothing to enter
• You must be between level 3 and level 8 at the time of your entry (or the time i actually see your entry)
• If you're already pretty well established, please leave this to the up and coming players
• Similar to my other ED lottery.  I'll assign a random number based on order of entry
• Winner will be chosen next Saturday through use of a random number generator
• It'll be up to Chilla to arrange with the winner to send the cash so you don't get mugged for it.
