Rules

• Drawing at 12pm game time every Sunday unless circumstances prevent that
• Each lottery will start with a 1000 ed entry from me (i can not win, just throwing in my eds)
• You send me 100 eds per entry, up to a maximum of 3 entries per day (2100 eds total for 21 entries in a week)
• You can send entries all at once or in small batches, but I will not except more than 2100 per week per person)
• You will be assigned a number or numbers based on the order i receive your entry
• Using http://random.org i will click one time to choose a random number
• Winner for the week will receive ALL EDs
• Players outside of SD will have to arrange their own runners and are responsible for tipping them for the service, I'm already paying out enough. I can send EDs to the winner though, doesn't matter what prison you're in
• If you have any questions, PM me or post here.  Not necessary that you mail me or post here if you enter, but feel free.  if i get random eds sent to me, i'll know what they're for.
