Just a random thought I had, but what will happen with this site when, say in about a years time, some people are at (for example) level 60, new players literally wont have any chance of catching up with the leading players? Does anyone think this site could be redeveloped in some way so that new people have a chance of being on a leader board or something, may be have like a 3 month competition or something..

To me this "game" will have no ending or purpose if players are at a level too high for other players to catch up, I am not slating this site at all, just wondering what other people thought, should it be reset every so often so its even or should people be allowed to be at level "100" without other people EVER having a chance to catch up to them....DISCUSS...

Why would they be given a chance? I mean that’s just part of

the experience. Why would a new guy have an even chance with me when I’ve had

dedicated myself a year to this game. Why would this new guy be able to attack

and win against me? Would you call it fair that a new guy on WoW be able to

wear the same gear and have the same amount of gold as someone who has been

playing the game daily since 2 solid years?

You’re lvl 6 with a 2 and a half month playtime. You’d like

to be the top player but you can’t because you don’t have enough free time, it

would be convenient to you if the game restarted every now and then so you

could see you’re self as a top player once and a while…?

Put yourself in any active player’s place. Wouldn’t you be

pissed to know that all your “hard” work, all the time you’ve wasted by playing

and “perfecting” your character would be gone? There are browser games like

this that resets after every 6 months or so, if you wanna play these games I’d

be happy to pm you some titles but please… don’t try to start shit where

there’s none. It’s only fair that active players get known while the others

stay “silent”.

And I don’t want to burst you bubble, but even if this game

had restarts every now and then and had weeklies and monthly ladders, you

simply ( and quite clearly ) don’t play enough to be in any kind of leading

board… what ever they'd be.

Let's not forget that this is part of the reason that there are multiple prisons. Even the new guy can be a top dog in NJ or Putnam. The bigger he gets though, he'll have to move to bigger prisons and contend with bigger fish.

Does that mean there will, eventually, be new levels?

Of course. There's already 2 other prisons just waiting to be released.
