What should be avg. money at Level 2 ?  should we earn more money or can proceed to level 3 with only $10k in hand ?

Money is really irrelevant in this game. You don't "need" it. On lower lvls, you should only have enough to buy yourself new weapons. Once you reach lvl 5, money start being useful to buy items such as energy drinks which helps you train more often.

Your stats should determine if you ready or not to lvl, not your pile of cash.

yh, i either have 0 cash or around 300k, i spend it and make it again so fast its hard to keep up lol. just buy old toilets or anything that puts your NRG up so u can make your stats better, they equal = (better jobs, which in the future will be a hell of a lot better) and will let you deffend from those attackers =]
