per 1lb ground chuck:

1.5 tbsp worcestshire sauce

1.5 tbsp soy sauce

1tsp accent

1tsp seasoning salt

.25 tsp onion powder

.25 tsp garlic powder

.33 tsp black pepper

use a jerkey gun to put in a dehydrater for about 8 hous..or u can make tiny little patties and grill it

i wish i still had my dehydrator jerkys way too fucking expensive to buy.. some people use their oven to dehydrate tho
