...do you get to take the stuff in your cell with you or do you need to sell it before you leave?

It moves with you, but you have to place you amens back into your cell.

They say it cost to be the boss I'll pay the price including tax..

also you dont get to keep your added cell space from prison to prison so i wouldnt waste ur fav's on it unless you plan on stayin in prison for long time

you do keep your added rows ? when you move prisons you can purchase more upgrades though

Yes as you move prisons you get a bigger cell. New Jersey (6x6), Putnam (7x7) & Arizona (8x8). You have to pay favors to upgrade them though, it's 15 favors per square.
