I just did to more of tha quizjungle and it wants me to download somthin at very end and i clicked cancel and didnt get my stuff do i have to download it to get my favors

the same kind of happened to me.
i use to do the 2-4 favours and during a survey i shut down the laptop, ever since i aint getting no favours.
