This message comes up when I don't have enough of an item to use, instead of including the item name.
Tried with Large Water, Can of Beans, Dried Jerky, and Clean Zombie Virus.

What page are you attempting to use them from? What exactly are you clicking to use the items?

Ok, yeah, my bad.
From the inventory, after entering 3 into the multiple item box with only 2 large waters or other items in my inventory.
