...given your penchant for overdramatics, I hesistate to even partake in this... but if you didn't get a txt back, then they didn't charge you. Remember, these are third-parties, I don't control them, nor do I have a hand in any of the process.

i got two codes back and no favors. contacted them, heard from them once, tried to get back in contact but they ignore my messages

Two codes and no favors? Did you put the code into the dialog? Once they give you the codes, they have no further part in fulfilment -- as somone who has had to have credits added manually in the past, you should know that you input the code into the dialog, or send an email with the code and your paycode to have it credited manually.
