i've been noticing that alot of the lotteries winners are lvl 1 and the last time they've been on wuz when the lottery wuz drawn.......now maybe it's just me but i think they may be DUPES or something which i find unfair..... i would'nt hav posted this forum if i didnt feel so strongly about this.......... i also hav done a test on the last couple lottery winners and they all hav been lvl 1 and havent been on since the lottery wuz drawn..... i dont know if there is something you can do about this but if you can it would make it  a lot more fun and fair for everyone to hav a chance at the lottery instead of all these lvl 1 dupes winning it......... thnks for your time spent reading this

this has been discussed several times it is a fair lotto there is just a big diffrence in the AZ-Put players vs the NJ players with a ratio of prolly 1 AZ/1 Put : 20 NJ, it is usally going to be NJ player to win. If you do not like the way it is at the moment do not play the lotto, problem solved

We've already addressed this more times than we care to, and each time it's brought up the proposed changes are pushed back even further out of spite. Enjoy iso.
