Hi id just like to say it doesnt for me bro. Im not to good on computers but are you sure its not a Pop Up and if so i have a Pop Up Blocker to stop this. Hope this helps

yes i have a pop up blocker on mine its in the right hand corner under tools but may be located somewhere else but its on the tools when you have a web page up ie Prison Block.
