i have 224 energy and 446 stamina, but when trained the first 3 times i had the same ratio but had like 12% stamina left (i know i should of kept details but i forgot, sorry)

well if u had 12% stam left u should trow more nrg in as u only want between 3 -5 % left after a train

Coffee presses are horrid....only good for a yard digging cell. No use in training cell
